Design your own site with AI
You don't need to be a designer — or hire one — to get a custom site. With an AI design tool like Claude Design or Google Stitch, you describe your business in plain English and it produces a complete, on-brand website you can import into Get Bookable. This is the friendly, step-by-step version; the designer guide has the deeper reference if you want it.
What you'll need
- A free Claude Design or Google Stitch account.
- Ten minutes and a rough idea of your look — colours, mood, a few photos if you have them (you can add or change images later).
Step 1 — Start a design session
Open Claude Design (or Stitch) and start a new project. In the first message, paste the link to our brief:
- Point the tool at the system prompt. It tells the design tool exactly how to build a site that imports cleanly — you don't have to understand it yourself.
Then describe your business in your own words: what you do, who it's for, the feel you want ("warm and calm", "bold and modern"), and the services you offer.
Step 2 — Shape the design
The tool will generate a site. Chat with it like you would a designer — "make the hero warmer", "add a gallery", "put my prices on the services page". Keep going until it looks right. You don't need to touch the wording rules or file names; the brief keeps the tool inside the lines so your export will import.
Step 3 — Export the bundle
When you're happy, use the tool's hand off to coding agent export. It produces
a single .tar.gz file — your handoff bundle. Save it somewhere you can find
it.
Step 4 — Import it into Get Bookable
During onboarding, choose Bring your own design and upload the bundle. If your site is already live, you can import any time from your admin → Import. We check the bundle as you upload, so if anything needs fixing you find out immediately, with a clear message about what to change.
That's it — once the import succeeds, your design is your live site.
Where to go next
- Bring your own design — the big-picture overview and what a handoff bundle is.
- Re-importing your design — how to refine and re-import later without losing edits you've made in your admin.
