List products alongside your services

Alongside the services your clients book, you can list products — physical or digital items you sell. They're managed on the Products screen in your admin.

Creating and editing products

Each product has:

• Name — what customers see.
• Price — what it costs in your normal currency units (for example pounds); we store and display it precisely.
• Status — Live (shown on your site) or Off (hidden). Toggle a product off to pause it without deleting it.
• Display order — the order products appear in. Drag to reorder.
• Stock count (optional) — the number you have on hand. The Products screen flags items that are out of stock or running low so you can restock.
• Image — a product photo. Pick one from your Gallery or upload a new one.

Create, edit, and delete products directly from the Products screen. Toggling a product Live/Off is instant.

How products appear on your site

Products are shown on the products section of your public site wherever your design includes them. They're separate from your bookable services: clients can't book a product — they buy it from you in person or via your own sales channel.

If your design bundle includes products, a re-import adds any new ones as Off so you can review them before they go live — it never overwrites the ones you've curated.
