Schedule Zoom calls automatically

If you deliver some services over video, connect Zoom and GetBookable will create a meeting for each online-call booking automatically — no more making links by hand and pasting them into emails.

Connecting Zoom

1. Go to Settings → Notifications, where the online-calls integration lives.
2. Connect your Zoom account and authorise GetBookable. Your connection status is shown there.

Once connected, GetBookable can schedule Zoom meetings on your behalf for the services you mark as online calls.

Marking a service as an online call

On a service, set its online-call provider to Zoom. From then on, when a client books that service:

• a Zoom meeting is created for the booking's date and time, and
• the meeting link is attached to the booking so it can be shared with the client.

In-person services are unaffected — only services you mark as online calls get a meeting.

Reschedules and cancellations

Because the meeting is tied to the booking, the meeting follows the booking's lifecycle: rescheduling moves it and cancelling cleans it up, so the link a client holds stays correct.

Zoom is connected per tenant, so each business links its own Zoom account. Your account is yours — disconnecting stops new meetings from being created without touching past ones.
